Veal strips with kiwi and sprouts

An original combination: veal strips browned with a garlic and spice marinade and an apple sauce, served with kiwi and sprouts. try also this croque monsieur and croque madame recipe too.

Ingredients

800 g of veal escalopes

salt

pepper

½ teaspoon of sweet paprika

1 clove of garlic

1 sour apple, for example Braeburn

1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

3 tablespoons of sunflower oil

4 kiwis

2 tablespoons of HOLL rapeseed oil

0.5 dl of brown background

20 g of sprouts, for example of alpha-alpha

How to proceed

Cut the slices lengthwise into strips. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Squeeze the garlic over it. Leave to marinate for approx. 30 minutes.

Dice the apple. Mix with the vinegar and sunflower oil. Season with salt and pepper. Peel the kiwis, divide them lengthwise into four parts and cut into slices.

Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan. Brown the veal strips over high heat for approx. 2 minutes. Turn off with the brown background. Incorporate the diced apple together with the dressing.
